We created the business services we once needed

We’ve felt the pain of a fragmented back office, one that’s been cobbled together with multiple vendors.

The founders of ScaleUpYourTeam have all started, run and exited multiple businesses. We know firsthand the frustration of entrepreneurs and small business owners who are trying to change the world but are getting bogged down by the unending demands of trivia – paying bills, sending out invoices, customer service, payment follow-ups, running payroll and finding the right talent.

We’ve also held executive positions in large corporations like Oracle, KPMG, CISCO ,Canon. So we knew that corporations had the luxury of having their essential business services run smoothly in the background. Out of sight and out of mind. Why couldn’t small businesses enjoy this same convenience? Why did maintaining the back office need to be such a hassle?
Clearly there was a gap in the market.

Back office services like finance and accounting, payroll, HR, taxes etc. were limited to one or two services at a time. The search for and coordination of these providers was left to the business owner. There had to be something better than these time consuming and inefficient options.
